Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Billing Operations professional to join our Financial Shared Services Centre in Malaysia. You will ensure timely invoice processing, generate and send invoices, and handle billing queries with cross-functional teams.

The role involves month-end close duties, audits, and efficient documentation of billing processes. You will work in a professional office environment, possibly with shifts as required by business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Able to use common office equipment.
• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue accurate customer invoices and validate pricing and taxes.
• Monitor sales orders and goods receipts across APJ and issue timely invoices.
• Issue credit notes for returns / RMA / vendor rebates.
• Perform manual adjustments: credits and debits as needed.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies with SO/PO teams and perform root-cause analysis.
