Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) invites you to join its brand-new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur as a Billing Executive. You will support day-to-day billing operations, ensure accurate bill processing, dispatch invoices, produce reports, and resolve billing issues in collaboration with IT and digital teams to drive efficiency.

You will review requests, improve workflows, participate in UAT for system enhancements, and maintain records with strict adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 2 years in billing/finance support have an edge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for documentation and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for billing discrepancies.
• Strong organisational and time management skills for multiple requests.
• Good verbal and written communication to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and periodic billing activities with accurate processing and timely bill dispatch.
• Review revised billing requests, clarifying requirements and meeting timelines.
• Collaborate with IT to investigate and resolve billing system issues.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute billing reports to stakeholders on time.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation of billing processes.
• Review procedures to identify gaps and improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for system changes and new functionalities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage billing requests and discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding issues and ensure prompt resolutions to protect schedules.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and billing controls.
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required by the Manager.
