Job summary

Mettler-Toledo is seeking a detail-oriented Order and Billing Clerk to join our global finance team in Malaysia. You will process service contracts, orders, and invoicing in SAP CRM, identify errors, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and order fulfillment.

You will monitor billing plans, resolve data discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and provide confirmations for orders and contracts while supporting KPI achievement and cost-saving

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related degree
• Fluent in Korean & English (speak, write, read); knowledge of other Asian languages a plus
• Good team player with ability to work cross culture and function

Responsibilities

• Process service contracts, orders, invoicing in SAP CRM with timely housekeeping
• Identify, analyse, and resolve errors related to released orders; work with internal teams to implement corrective actions
• Monitor and bill services; manage credit blocks to avoid delays in fulfillment
• Manage billing plans; ensure invoices and proforma invoices are prepared and closed on time
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in orders and documentation; communicate with stakeholders
• Address customer inquiries promptly to maintain high service levels
• Provide order and contract confirmations to customers
• Support KPI achievement and cost reduction initiatives
