Kawan Food Berhad, a leading exporter and largest manufacturer of frozen Asian food delicacies in Malaysia, is seeking an invoicing and collections supervisor based in Pulau Indah, Klang. You will own the end-to-end invoicing/collection process and provide proactive oversight for billing and collections.

The role requires strong leadership, training and motivation skills, plus excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end invoicing and collections processes.
• Supervise, train and motivate the invoicing team.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices, issued monthly.
• Prepare statistical reports to monitor trends and identify areas for corrective action.
