Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Billing Analyst to analyze billing discrepancies and investigate invoice issues to ensure accurate and timely billing. You will conduct detailed billing reviews, data analysis, and reporting to identify discrepancies and recurring issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing, discounts, and system data accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with Excel and data analysis; reporting systems is a plus.
Good communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

Analyze billing discrepancies and investigate invoice issues for accurate billing.
Perform detailed billing reviews, data analysis, and reporting.
Validate pricing structures, customer rates, and discounts in internal systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues.
Monitor recurring billing issues and suggest process improvements.
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to Revenue Management Team.
