Job summary

BESLIM is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist (Chinese Language) in Kuala Lumpur to greet customers, manage bookings, and support daily operations at our slimming and body wellness centre.

Ideal candidates have English and Bahasa Malaysia skills with Chinese reading/typing, a minimum SPM, and a customer-focused mindset. You will handle registrations, payments, and coordination with therapists to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, reception, or cashier roles preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese reading and typing proficiency required.
• Friendly, well-groomed and customer-focused.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with booking and payment systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Manage customer registrations, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries with accurate information on services and promotions.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure appointments run smoothly and minimise waiting times.
• Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and maintain daily transaction records.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle personal information confidentially.
• Address customer feedback and concerns professionally, referring matters to the relevant team when necessary.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable.
