Job summary

V SPA REFLEXOLOGY & HEALTH ESTABLISHMENT SDN BHD in Miri is seeking a Front Desk Assistant / Receptionist to greet customers and support daily spa operations. You will handle bookings, answer inquiries, process payments and maintain a welcoming reception area.

The role requires multilingual communication (Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia) and a willingness to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays. Training is provided and full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates without spa experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, retail, beauty or spa industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries through walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Manage appointments, bookings and treatment schedules
• Recommend suitable spa treatments and services based on customers' needs
• Coordinate with therapists and the operation team to ensure smooth customer flow
• Handle payments and basic front desk records
• Follow up on customer enquiries, requests and feedback
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional front desk environment
• Assist with other daily front desk and customer service duties
