CENTRIPAC SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Indoor Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, orders, and invoicing in a dynamic engineering-focused environment.

You will manage documentation, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure timely processing of orders while maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• UEC/O-level/SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related paperwork.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, engineers, and internal departments to ensure timely order processing and project execution.
• Monitor customer enquiries, follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales files, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Assist with procurement activities, inventory coordination, and logistics arrangements when required.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence professionally.
• Perform general office administrative duties, including data entry, report preparation, filing, and document management.
