Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Monitor Sales Support activities to ensure smooth processes.
• Review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels.
• Proceed customer enquiries with Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery & Invoice billing.
• Liaise with warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
