Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Associate Trainer within the AI Data Service and Operations team. The role focuses on delivering policy and content moderation training in English and Mandarin, developing courses for diverse markets and products, and identifying needs to improve performance and policy understanding.

The trainer will lead policy briefings, collaborate with labeling teams, and help ensure training aligns with regional cultural and political contexts while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English as the primary working language and fluent in Mandarin Chinese for content review and assessment.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance and training or related field.
• Expertise in content moderation policy, operational guideline development, and enforcement workflows.
• Strong command of English with attention to detail, clarity, and linguistic consistency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in classroom and/or online environments in English and Mandarin.
• Develop and deliver training courses for different trainees, markets, and products.
• Identify and assess training needs to bridge policy gaps for better performance and understanding.
• Lead policy briefings to ensure changes align with cultural, socio-geographical, and political conditions.
• Work with labeling teams to achieve top performance, including coaching of bottom performers.
