Job summary

SHINSUNG E&G MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Korean-speaking Project Administrator to manage documentation, support procurement, and coordinate bilingual communications with Korean HQ. Candidate should have 1–3 years in project administration within construction/engineering and hold a valid driving license for site visits.

Applicant must reside in Malaysia with valid work authorization; English proficiency is required and Malay/ Mandarin is a plus. On-site role with site-related duties.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual fluency in Korean (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English; Malay or Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Document Control & Management: Manage, organize, and track technical submittals, drawing logs, method statements, and project correspondence.
• Procurement Support: Assist with local and international procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders, tracking material deliveries, coordinating with vendors, and comparing supplier quotations.
• Site Support & Administration: Provide general site administration support, manage meeting minutes, handle logistics coordination, and assist with staff/site operations.
• Bilingual Coordination: Act as the primary communication bridge between the local team, vendors, subcontractors, and Korean headquarters.
• Any other Ad-Hoc task assigned by the manager.
