Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, chat, and web.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues or elevate when required.
• Log, track, and update incidents using a ticketing system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with internal support teams.
