Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support professional in Cyberjaya to handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats. You will provide technical support for PCs, applications, and peripherals using established procedures, and log all interactions for quality service.

The role expects a diploma/degree in IT or computer science; fresh graduates are welcome. English/Japanese language requirements may apply depending on candidate, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely issue

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science; fresh graduates considered.
Minimum 1–2 years IT helpdesk or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Good PC skills and basic IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

Respond to calls, emails, and chats from customers and route requests as needed.
Provide technical support for IT operations, PC, applications, and peripherals using documented procedures.
Identify common incidents and opportunities to reduce incidents.
Investigate first-line incidents to determine root causes and problems.
Log calls accurately in the helpdesk/CRM system for proper customer management.
Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to meet SLAs and manage expectations.
