Qualifications

• Fluent in communication in English and Japanese.

• Experience in team or project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site services to customers, including training and support.
• Assist Program/Project Manager in project implementation coordination.
• Provide remote support services.
• Collect and import data.
• Manage and follow-up on projects.
• Maintain daily operation of the system.
• Respond to customer issues in a timely manner.
