Job summary

Upscale Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya invites a motivated Sales/Marketing Associate to support market development and customer growth for our food products. You will assist the Sales Manager, coordinate marketing activities and handle enquiries and quotations.

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor\\'s in Food Tech / Marketing / Business, minimum 3 years in food/F&B, fluent in Japanese and English, able to work independently, and willing to travel locally and abroad with own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Technology / Marketing / Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in food industry / F&B.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Independent and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in developing new markets and maintaining existing customers.
• Execute marketing strategies and activities for sales growth and new product-business development.
• Create new customers and manage existing customer accounts.
• Meet customer satisfaction by providing efficient service including quotations and follow-ups.
• Analyze market developments and provide timely market information for sales planning.
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to meet objectives.
• Take initiative to search for more potential prospects.
• Meet sales targets.
