Job summary

SKY HIGH CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an accounting support professional to maintain precise financial records and process invoices in a timely manner. You will enter data into accounting software with accuracy and provide admin support to the finance team.

Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in accounting or finance, basic knowledge of accounting principles, and strong Excel skills. The role requires teamwork and proactive problem solving in English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including familiarity with financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.
• Proficiency in using SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expenses reports and other financial transactions.
• Generate invoices, process payments and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide administrative assistance to the finance department, such as filing documents, responding to inquiries, and maintaining financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
