Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, management accounts, and budget summaries.
• Process supplier payments and verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee-related financial matters when required.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and applicable accounting requirements.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.
