GFZ International (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Finance Assistant to support daily accounting activities in Kajang. You will maintain records of AP, AR, and GL, and assist in reporting and budgeting.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting, 1+ year of experience, and proficiency in MYOB, Autocount, and MS Office. Mandarin, Malay, and English skills are valued for communication with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in finance or accounting.
• 1+ year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Familiar with MYOB, Autocount and MS Office.
• Mandarin, Malay and English proficiency; Mandarin preferred for client communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, project costing summaries and budget forecasts.
• Check and verify invoices and payment instructions.
• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and clients regarding payment follow-ups, billing issues and financial documentation.
• Support ad-hoc finance tasks from management.
