Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a data-focused professional to analyze business and user data, build dashboards, and monitor KPIs in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with Product, Marketing and Ops to deliver data-driven recommendations and support decision making.

The role requires at least 3 years in data analysis or BI, strong SQL skills, and experience with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and analytics platforms. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, Product Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Chinese Language.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user data to identify growth opportunities and insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring systems.
• Conduct segmentation, retention analysis, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.
• Support Product, Marketing, and Operations teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to solve business problems and optimize performance.
• Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable business recommendations.
• Support A/B testing design, execution, and result evaluation.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
