Job summary

Scicom MSC Berhad is hiring for a customer service role based in Malaysia. Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Contact Centre operating days/hours: Monday-Sunday; 5-day week with rostered off days.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email or live chat in a professional, timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with technical and back-end teams for smooth service delivery.
• Input customer interactions into the CRM and manage escalations.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to colleagues and management.
• Work on productivity and quality KPIs as defined by Management.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to performance standards and policies.
