Job summary

Itsu World in Klang is seeking a Customer Support Associate to handle incoming calls, compile service forms, and keep the customer database up to date. You will reach out to customers to schedule technician visits and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Minimum SPM, strong English and Bahasa Melayu required; Mandarin is an added advantage. This role requires attentiveness and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls.
• Compile the Service Request Form and Repair note once received.
• Update information to the customer database.
• Contact customer and arrange for a suitable time for the technician's home visit.
• Any ad-hoc task from superior.
