Job summary

WonderCG is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Support Associate to assist Mandarin- and English-speaking customers and support daily operations. Training will be provided, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

You will handle inquiries, perform data entry, and work with Excel and internal systems to generate reports while rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, operations support, or a related role is advantageous; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, friendly professional attitude, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly through designated channels.
• Handle routine questions and basic troubleshooting; escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure issues are properly recorded and communicated.
• Identify and report recurring customer issues, feedback, or operational concerns to the relevant teams.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer and operational records.
• Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and internal guidelines to support smooth daily operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems to perform routine operational tasks and reporting. Training will be provided.
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to resolve customer or operational matters.
• Prepare clear handover notes and updates to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Assist with other customer service and operational tasks assigned by supervisors when required.
