Job summary

Ultima Markets in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with client onboarding, account setup, rebates, and inquiries, while routing complex issues to Backend Operations. You will maintain client data, support campaigns with Marketing, prepare performance reports, and look for ways to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
• Basic understanding of forex systems and products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to sales team inquiries on trading and account matters; assist with client account setup, system access, rebate claims, and commissions queries.
• Maintain and update the client database with timely, accurate data entry.
• Maintain and update sales SOPs, toolkits, and onboarding documents; prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Marketing to support campaigns and promotions; relay system/account requests to Backend Operations for timely resolution.
