Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to perform high-volume, KPI-driven AP processing in our Shared Services setup. You will ensure accuracy, timely entry, and compliance while leveraging SAP for efficient workflow.

Mandarin language proficiency is required to process Mandarin invoices and communicate with Singapore and Taiwan stakeholders. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (preferred).
• 0–2 years in Accounts Payable, preferably in SSC, in a high-volume KPI-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of local and international accounting standards, principles and practices.
• Hands-on SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and sound analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in local language with proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AP processing services in full adherence to SLA, KPI targets, and quality standards.
• Support day-to-day operating expenditures management against budgets.
• Implement and uphold AP processes and internal controls for strong governance.
• Oversee accurate and timely recording of all AP transactions for monthly/year-end close.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline AP processes and improve automation.
• Guide and support the team to meet functional goals and deliver consistently.
• Promote learning in Accounts Payable and DKSH values across the team.
• Commit to continuous self-development in Accounts Payable expertise and DKSH standards.
