Job summary

Pro5.ai is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to oversee the entire affiliate program in Malaysia. You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, optimize performance, and drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, SEO, and technical teams.

Fluency in Japanese and English is required for partner communications, with daily operations spanning KPI analysis, process improvement, and relationship building to ensure sustained program growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to analyze KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the entire affiliate program.
• Acquire, screen, onboard and manage affiliates ongoing.
• Communicate with affiliates, build relationships and improve performance.
• Manage team tasks, monitor progress, and provide support.
• Review KPIs and performance data, devise improvement strategies.
• Oversee commissions, campaign strategies, creative assets, payments.
• Coordinate with technical/back-office teams on the affiliate system.
• Collaborate with marketing, SEO agencies and other stakeholders.
• Respond to issues, escalate problems, and improve workflows.
