Role Overview
Responsible for the development, recruitment, management, and maintenance of the company's agents and partnership channels, with the goal of building a stable and sustainable affiliate and agent network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for agent and affiliate channel acquisition.
- Identify and develop agents, channel partners, teams, and other potential business partners.
- Build and continuously expand effective affiliate resources and partnership channels.
- Manage the outreach, evaluation, negotiation, and conversion of potential agents and partners.
- Assess the resources, traffic, team size, and market capabilities of different agents and channels.
- Develop suitable partnership models based on the actual resources and capabilities of each partner.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and cooperation models.
- Establish a structured tiering and management system for agents and channels.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing agents and channels to improve partnership stability and activity.
- Continuously identify additional market potential and partnership opportunities within the existing agent network.
- Track affiliate and agent performance data, including new leads, qualified discussions, conversions, active agents, and partner performance.
- Analyze the quality and conversion performance of different acquisition channels and continuously optimize affiliate development strategies.
- Establish affiliate SOPs, follow‑up processes, and partner management standards.
- Recruit, train, manage, and allocate responsibilities within the affiliate team, including performance management.
- Set monthly and quarterly performance targets for the team and monitor progress toward achieving them.
- Assist in resolving issues and major incidents arising during agent and partner cooperation.
- Regularly consolidate affiliate performance data, channel updates, and market information, and provide analytical reports to management.
- Provide recommendations to optimize affiliate strategies and partnership policies based on market changes and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate development, agent development, channel development, or a related role within the iGaming, online gaming, or related industries.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Agent/Channel Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar team management role.
- Proven hands‑on experience in developing agents, channels, or business partners.
- Existing agent, channel, team, or market resources are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of agent and affiliate development processes and partnership models.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to quickly assess the quality of a partner's resources and their potential business value.
- Strong business development and partner conversion capabilities.
- Strong data analysis and performance management skills.
- Experience in team management, training, and target setting.
- Strong execution skills, sense of responsibility, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and performance‑driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager, Agent/Channel Manager, or similar role within the iGaming industry.
- Established agent, channel, or market network.
- Experience developing and managing large agent networks or teams.
- Experience building affiliate channels and teams from 0 to 1.
- Experience developing agents or partners across overseas or multiple international markets.
- Familiarity with agent partnership models and commission structures across different markets.
- Proven track record of successfully developing major agents or key channels.
- Familiarity with CRM or affiliate/partner management systems.
- Experience in affiliate data analysis and performance management.
- Proficiency in English or other languages is preferred.
