Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, campaign optimisation or data analysis is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support customer acquisition initiatives to improve conversion rates and new visitor traffic.
• Assist in monitoring and analysing key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with forecasts.
• Support onboarding and management of affiliate partners.
• Maintain relationships with affiliates to sustain engagement and performance.
• Identify opportunities for channel growth and campaign improvements.
• Execute and maintain regular content output across social platforms.
• Update Info Pages across key verticals with timely information.
• Plan and execute cost-optimisation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Create content calendars and workflows to ensure timely content distribution.
