Job summary

Vimax Trading Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a dynamic Admin to join the team in a full-time role at our Taman Mas office. The candidate will respond to sales orders, process orders, and provide administrative support to the sales team, with on-the-job training provided for fresh graduates.

The role requires Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English language skills, and offers a structured 8:30am–5:30pm schedule (with alternate Saturday half-day).

Qualifications

• Language: Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English.
• Fresh graduates welcome; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and efficiently to all upcoming sales orders by phone, fax and e-mail, and check stock availability and prices.
• Process sales order, delivery order, invoice and follow up payment with clients.
• Coordinate and monitor client orders, prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for deliveries and inform customers of shipment details.
• Handle and follow up with customers on sales support matters.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
