Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Admin Executive to support daily sales activities and administrative duties in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will pursue new sales prospects, handle calls and emails, generate reports from sales data, manage CRM, process invoices, and assist marketing planning, with English and Chinese language duties as customers are Chinese-speaking.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (preferred as customers are Chinese-speaking).
• Meticulous with problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Drive.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Aufgaben

• Pursue new sales prospects, negotiate, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty for repeated sales.
• Handle sales calls and customer service, including responding to emails.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Process invoices.
• Generate reports, word processing, spreadsheets, and other software and administrative tools in service of executives.
• Assist the Manager in Marketing strategic planning for the organization.
• Handle data management (CRM) and clerical tasks (data entry).
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
