Luen Heng F&B Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Sales Executive in Johor Bahru to drive sales, promote products, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves achieving targets, maintaining records, and collaborating with the team to grow the business across East and West Malaysia.

Candidates should have a qualifying diploma or SPM, be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess basic Excel skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; own transport is required.

Qualificações

• SPM or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must possess own transportation (car).
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets established by the Company.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in accordance with agreed credit terms.
• Present, promote, and sell the Company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide after-sales support and gather market feedback related to sales activities and customer needs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting the Company’s existing products to potential customers.
• Manage daily sales operations, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare regular sales reports.
