LIFE WATER INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in Sandakan is seeking an experienced Production Data & Quality coordinator to manage production data entry into SAP Tally and Excel and monitor daily output.

The role focuses on accurate reporting, stock control, and coordinating with various departments to keep production on target and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have relevant production experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in a production-related field.
• Relevant experience in production/manufacturing or F&B preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

1. Data Management: Ensure accurate entry of production data into SAP Tally and Excel. Verify and update reports daily.

2. Production Monitoring: Track daily output, raw material usage, and resolve any production issues to meet targets.

3. Stock Management: Conduct regular stocktakes, monitor material usage, and address any stock variance.

4. Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of production data, including daily reports and monthly CO2 usage to QC.

5. Meetings & Coordination: Facilitate regular production meetings to ensure smooth workflow and performance improvement.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in equivalent in a production-related field.

Relevant experience in production, manufacturing or food & beverage industry is preferred.

Good problem-solving, analytical, teamwork and communication skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and production processes is an advantage.

Able to work independently, coordinate with different departments and handle operational issues effectively.
