Job summary

WATERCO (FAR EAST) SDN BHD seeks a production planner to assist in creating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. You will monitor progress, update plans in real time, and help manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstock.

The role involves supporting MRP, updating BOMs, and maintaining production records. Strong Excel/ERP data skills are required to analyze performance and generate actionable reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with production planning and scheduling activities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data reporting.
• Ability to analyze production data and generate dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and update plans based on real-time data.
• Track inventory levels and identify shortages or overstock issues.
• Support the MRP process and update BOMs and material flow charts.
• Collect and analyze production performance data (machine utilization, downtime, output rate).
• Prepare reports or dashboards to support decision-making.
• Maintain production records, work orders, and process documentation.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
• Use Excel or ERP software for data entry and analysis.
