WATERCO (FAR EAST) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to oversee scheduling, monitor performance and ensure targets are met. You will lead production supervisors and the workforce, manage hiring and performance reviews.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, cost control, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, with exposure to ERP systems and data analytics to optimize scheduling and maintain quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related studies.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in production process.
Knowledge of chemical bending/batching process is an added advantage.
Ability to lead, coach, motivate and manage diverse teams.
Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage if required for operational communication.
