Job summary

Averis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits to oversee employee benefits and insurance for Singapore-based staff. You will lead renewals, administer benefits, analyse claims and manage vendor relationships while aligning programs with company governance.

You will also support HR policy updates, drive process improvements through digital tools and dashboards, and collaborate with Finance and HR partners to ensure accurate payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in employee benefits or total rewards.
• Strong hands-on experience in employee insurance and benefits administration.
• Experience with renewals, claims reviews and vendor management.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee insurance and benefits programmes, including renewals and administration.
• Analyse claims and utilisation trends; recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and providers.
• Support Singapore Employee Handbook and HR policies.
• Develop dashboards, trackers and reporting solutions for efficiency and governance.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and coordinate with payroll vendors for accuracy.
