Job summary

Averis Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to manage employee insurance and benefits programmes for Singapore-based employees. The role leads renewals, benefits administration, claims analysis, and vendor management, while supporting HR policy updates and governance.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and brokers to ensure cost-effective, compliant programmes and drive digital enablement within Corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in employee benefits, insurance or total rewards.
• Strong experience in benefits administration and insurance renewals.
• Experience with claims reviews, vendor management and benchmarking.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with reporting, process improvement and digital tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee insurance and benefits programmes, including renewals and vendor management.
• Lead benefits administration, claims analysis and governance for Singapore-based employees.
• Support updates to the Singapore Employee Handbook and selected HR policies.
• Drive process improvements and digital enablement in Corporate HR.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and other stakeholders on benefits governance and renewal activities.
• Prepare management updates on insurance and benefits matters.
• Review and cooperate with brokers, insurers and healthcare providers to ensure service excellence.
