Job summary

Averis is seeking an experienced Benefits professional to manage employee insurance and benefits programmes for Singapore-based employees. You will oversee renewals, benefits administration and vendor management, while analysing claims and supporting policy governance.

Additionally, you will drive process improvement and digital enablement within Corporate HR, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, insurance or total rewards.
• Strong hands-on experience in employee insurance and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee insurance and benefits programmes, including annual renewals and vendor management.
• Review coverage, claims experience, premiums and market practices for cost effectiveness.
• Provide guidance to employees and HR stakeholders on benefits-related matters and implement enhancements.
• Analyse claims and utilisation trends, identify risk areas and suggest improvements.
• Work with brokers/insurers on reviews, benchmarking and benefit optimisation.
• Prepare management updates on insurance and benefits matters.
• Partner with HR/Finance on governance, renewal activities and reporting.
