Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee regional compensation & benefits programs across SEA, ensure market competitiveness, and drive cost effective employee rewards. You will manage payroll for Singapore and Thailand, support the Rewards team across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, and oversee payroll governance, visas, insurance, and related programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Around 5 years of relevant experience in C&B, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Analytics or related areas.
• Regional SEA exposure would be highly advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of HR administrative practices across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity when handling confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional compensation & benefits programmes across SEA, ensuring competitiveness and consistency across markets.
• Oversee employee benefits, including market benchmarking, renewals, vendor management and cost effectiveness.
• Manage monthly payroll activities for Singapore and Thailand, covering both permanent and part-time employees.
• Lead and support the Rewards team in ensuring accurate and timely delivery across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
• Oversee key HR operational matters including payroll governance and audits, expatriate visas/work permits, insurance and employee programmes.
• Monitor market trends, employment legislation and statutory requirements affecting Rewards and HR Operations across SEA.
• Partner with the People team on strategic modernisation and transformation initiatives.
• Support HR system enhancements, automation and continuous process improvement across payroll, leave and time management.
