KINGDOM BSL TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Bending / Turret Punch Press / Laser Cutting Technician (Sheet Metal) in Penang. The role involves operating Turret Punch, Laser Cutting, and Bending machines, setting up bending tools, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Ideal candidates have proven experience as a machine operator in manufacturing, with familiarity in sheet metal processes and the ability to read drawings. Teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing facility, preferably sheet metal.
• Ability to read and follow drawings/specifications and understand production processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Turret Punch Press Machine.
• Operate Laser Cutting Machine.
• Operate Bending Machine.
• Set up Bending Machine according to drawings/specifications.
• Maintain equipment in safe, good working condition and perform regular maintenance.
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions and replacements as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; keep work area clean and organized.
• Work under supervision to complete duties on time.

Bending / Turret Punch Press / Laser Cutting Technician (Sheet Metal)

• -Able to operate Turret Punch Press Machine
• -Able to operate Laser Cutting Machine
• -Able to operate Bending Machine
• -To operate Bending Machine based on customers' drawing/specification.
• -To set up the Bending Machine by using accurate Tools/Equipment.
• -Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• -Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
• -Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
• -Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• -Work under the guidance of the Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties on time.
• -Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
• -Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Job Requirement

• -Proven experience as amachine operator
• -Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience (Sheet Metal Company)
• -Understanding of production processes
• -Ability to work in a team and communicate well with others.
• -Experienced in operating a Bending Machine would be an advantage.
• -Experienced in operating Turret Punch Press Machine would be an advantage.
• -Experienced in operating Laser Cutting Machine would be an advantage.
