Job summary

KINGDOM BSL TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Penang, Batu Kawan, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for a full-time on-site role. You will operate turret punch press, bending, or welding equipment and set up production lines to fulfill orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate has proven machine operation experience in a sheet metal setting, understands production processes, can work in a team, and follows safety guidelines. Free parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience (Sheet Metal Company).
• Understanding of production processes.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate well with others.
• Experienced in operating a Turret Punch Press Machine, Bending Machine or Welding would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate Turret Punch Press, Bending, or Welding equipment.
• Set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Work under supervision to complete assigned duties on time.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
• Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Able to operate Turret Punch Press Machine, Bending Machine, Welding (Remark : Any one of these)

Set up the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.

Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.

Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.

Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.

Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.

Work under the guidance of the Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties on time.

Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
