Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator in Kajang to produce precision parts and ensure quality conformance. You will set up machines, verify dimensions with Vernier and Micrometer, and coordinate withWarehouse and Production for smooth material flow.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings, understanding tolerances, and strict adherence to health and safety procedures. You will also help train junior staff and maintain housekeeping on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Press Brake Machine in metal fabrication.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and understand tolerances.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts.

Role Requirement

• Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Press Brake Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances
• Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)
• Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Physically fit to perform all required duties
• Team player, able to work with all levels

• Demonstrate ability to work on assigned welding works and its processes/activities, ensuring minimum errors and quality work in accordance to production deadlines
