Job summary

Mutiara Security Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to supervise the BD team, oversee the sales pipeline, and coordinate client acquisition, proposals and tenders. The role supports management in achieving revenue objectives and drives opportunities from lead generation to contract closure.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field, with 3–5 years in BD or Sales, and strong leadership,

• Proven ability to supervise and guide a BD/Sales team.
• Strong skills in client engagement, presentations and negotiations.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, leads and sales pipelines.
• Ability to coordinate proposals, quotations and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Business Development team.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, leads and sales pipeline.
• Ensure timely follow-up on prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Guide BD team members in client engagement, presentations and negotiations.
