AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage client accounts and pursue new opportunities.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Construction, or related fields are welcome. You will travel to project sites, engage with designers, contractors, and corporate clients, and contribute to project proposals and quotes. There is a 60/40 focus on farming vs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in B2B sales or project-based sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor existing projects, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion.
• Liaise with interior designers, contractors, consultants, and business partners to understand project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and project proposals with product and system presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to secure repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networks and referrals.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders through to project confirmation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery meets client expectations.
• Provide professional after-sales support when required.
