Job summary

AGV Environment Sdn Bhd is seeking an Admin Executive to drive growth in environmental, sustainability, and ESG consulting services. The role focuses on understanding client needs, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will coordinate with management, operations and technical teams, conduct market research, generate leads, prepare tender documents, and track progress toward sales targets. Fresh graduates welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa
• Experience in full marketing/sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of current and future client needs and requirements
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Prospect for new clients by identifying and researching potential clients and industries to target
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals
• Collaborate with management, operations and technical teams to align and support BD
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• Propose and develop new consulting service offerings based on market trends
• Communicate updates on sales activities, progress and challenges
• Prepare tender/bid documents for submission
