Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Project Engineer / Project Management Engineer in Malaysia to support planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams. You will manage risks and ensure projects meet timelines and business needs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 1 year of project management experience, with exposure to NPI projects in energy or automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of project management/coordination experience.
• Experience in new energy, battery, automotive, electronics, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development to mass production.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, SAP PM.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project scope changes and assess impact on timeline, cost, resources.
• Act as a coordination point across project teams and internal functions.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including weekly reviews and milestone reviews.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress, risks, and issues.
• Maintain project risk registers and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
