Job summary

Enovix Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks a hands-on Technical Project Lead to anchor battery NPI programs from prototype through MPV, ensuring tooling, process, and operations readiness in Penang.

You will bridge R&D and Manufacturing, manage equipment bring-up and line validation, and lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule and quality targets while driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in battery manufacturing (cell/module/pack).
• 7+ years of experience in technical project management or NPI execution in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with battery manufacturing processes from electrode to pack assembly.
• Familiarity with EVT/DVT/MPV/HVM stages and line validation.

Responsibilities

• Own battery NPI execution from EVT to MPV, meeting schedule and quality targets.
• Bridge R&D and Manufacturing, translating design intent into scalable processes.
• Manage factory readiness for NPI builds: tool procurement, installation and qualification; line layout; material flow.
