Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end management of new product introductions from concept to mass production in Malaysia. You will coordinate across engineering, sales, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget launches with high quality.

The role requires strong planning, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in NPIs and familiarity with PMP/PRINCE2/Agile methods. A bias for action and calm under pressure will help you excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical/electrical/materials/industrial engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience; NPI project experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Chinese preferred.
• Familiar with PMP/PRINCE2/Agile; proficient in MS Project, Jira, SAP PM.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to stay on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and chair project meetings.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
