Job summary

Double E Makii Makii SDN BHD seeks a bartender to prepare and serve beverages per recipes and customer requests. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a busy bar environment.

You will verify ages, maintain bar cleanliness, restock supplies, handle payments via POS, and follow hygiene and safety standards to ensure responsible service and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
• Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Verify customers meet the legal drinking age before serving alcohol.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and work area.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to management.
• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Follow standard operating procedures, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and refuse service to intoxicated customers when necessary.
• Wash and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and daily cleaning.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with all company policies and local laws regarding the handling and sale of alcoholic beverages.
