Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring a cafe assistant to prepare and serve a range of beverages and ensure consistent presentation. You will greet customers, describe menu items, and suggest products while maintaining a clean work area and accurate payments.

Face-to-face training is provided for non-barista candidates; English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency are required, and ownership of transport is preferred for this role at our Cyberjaya site.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn.
• Own transport preferred.
• Non-barista experience welcome as training will be provided.
• A necessity, not a luxury.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks as per recipe and standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment.
• Manage stock arrangement and readiness.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items and recommend products.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Maintain high quality of service.
