Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused team member to prepare beverages and greet customers in a fast-paced cafe in Penang. You will learn to present menu items, recommend products, and handle payments while maintaining hygiene and stock. Training is offered for non-barista candidates.

Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, a helpful attitude, and willingness to learn are important. Transport is preferred for commuting to the outlet.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• SPM/Secondary School Certificate required.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista candidates are welcome as training will be provided.
• A Necessity, not a Luxury.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
