Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Loan Recovery and Claims teams. You will help issue Redemption Statements, cancel facilities, and ensure timely processing in line with SLA/TAT, working closely with COD/SAM and external partners.

This role offers a chance to contribute to a multi-channel collections operation, monitor accounts daily, and uphold governance in both conventional and Islamic facilities.

Responsibilities

To issue Redemption Statements in accordance to SLA/TAT.
To ensure timely cancellation of facilities per SLA/TAT.
To support Loan Recovery Department in redemption statements, cancellation of OD, collateral handling, and status revisions per SLA/TAT.
To attend to consents to external parties and execution of Discharge of Charge documents per SLA/TAT.
To monitor Collection Account 2 daily to adhere to policy.
